Help

If you encounter any technical problems while using the site or you can’t seem to find our emails in your inbox after you’ve signed up, you have two options – either contact us and we’ll race to the rescue, or go the DIY route outlined below.

Other Internet Service Providers:

Safe List: Setting up your own safe list, which some e-mail systems allow you to do. Look for the safe list in the settings section, and add Mamaista.com. If you have to enter a complete address, use “info@Mamaista.com”. Some e-mail systems require a sender to be in your address book to keep the e-mail from being diverted to a “junk”; or “bulk”; mail folder. If your system has this requirement, add “info@Mamaista.com” to your address book.

Technical Support: Get in touch with technical support at your ISP or company and explain the problem. If they’re blocking e-mail from Mamaista, tell them to stop. Or else.

Changing your email address: Two email addresses are better than one – especially if your old one won’t let you have your daily dose of Mamaista.
