Remember flying off to France on a moment’s notice? Or throwing a few bikinis into a bag and breezing through check-in on your way to the Maldives? Yeah…neither do we. But we do recall a time when air travel was far, far, far less complicated.

With a tot in the mix, the airport scramble goes from a 4 on the degree of difficulty scale to an astounding 11. Besides all your own stuff, there’s the car seat, the diaper bag and the baby itself. It’s enough to make you wish you’d just stayed home and lived vicariously through Anthony Bourdain.

At least that’s how the inventors of Tote-a-Tot must have felt before creating the contraption that affixes your child’s car seat to the back of any piece of rolling luggage – making the tyke and parenthood instantly airportable.
